No surprises and no lecture about how long it has been. Here is exactly how the appointment goes.

We review your dental and medical history together — including medications and any conditions that affect treatment. This is the part patients skim; it is the part that keeps treatment safe.
Digital images where they are due or where something needs a closer look. If another office took X-rays recently, we will try to get those instead.
Dr. Sajid examines every tooth, your gums, your bite and your soft tissue, including an oral cancer screening.
You will see your X-rays and hear what we found in plain language — what needs doing now, what can be watched, and what each option costs.
We then clean and polish your teeth and check for early decay or gum inflammation.
The American Dental Association recommends a checkup and routine cleaning every six months. That interval is not arbitrary — it is roughly how long it takes for a problem to go from invisible to expensive. Almost everything we treat would have been cheaper, faster and less uncomfortable if it had been caught at a checkup.
Running late? Call us. We would rather move you within the day than have you rush across El Camino Real — and it lets us offer the slot to someone in pain.
New patients are welcome. Tell us a couple of times that suit you and we will confirm by phone.
