The cost conversation happens before treatment, in writing, with no surprises at the desk afterwards.
The cost of treatment varies with what you actually need. We discuss the cost and each of your payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the choice that fits your circumstances rather than discovering the number at the end.
Give us your plan details when you book. We check your annual maximum, deductible, waiting periods and what percentage your plan covers for the treatment you need.
Your written plan shows the full fee, the estimated insurance portion and your expected out-of-pocket cost, procedure by procedure.
You pay your portion; we handle the claim, the paperwork and the follow-up if the insurer is slow.
Use your benefits before December. Dental plans reset annually and unused benefit does not roll over. If you have treatment pending and an untouched annual maximum in November, you are leaving money on the table — ask us to check where you stand.
Say so. It is a completely ordinary conversation here and it changes what we recommend. There is nearly always a sequence: treat what is urgent or painful now, stabilise the rest, and phase elective work across benefit years. What we will not do is present a single intimidating number and leave you to work it out alone.
Insurance estimates are exactly that — an estimate based on what your plan tells us. Occasionally an insurer pays differently than quoted, and if that happens we will explain why and work through it with you. We would rather over-explain the process than hand you a surprise balance.
Bring your insurance details when you book and we will verify your benefits before the visit.
